Palm Desert Run Judy McCartney directs this weekend event that promises a wild ride and plenty for fun in the
sun. Opportunity abounds in the desert during the winter season. It begins with a gathering at Donut Derelicts then a caravan to the Palm Springs Tram for a lofty lunch. Some will certainly like to explore the many shops in town while others may seek an exploration of the nearby air museum where World War II birds rest.

13 Pantera owners have plans to attend the Nevada Open/Silver State in May to include TPOC members Dennis "Mad Dawg" Antenucci and Dennis Daly. Mad Dawg's goal is to reach 200 MPH in May during the One Mile Shoot-Out. Other POCA members also planning to join the team in on the fun are Doc Abe, Larry Stock, John Bentley, Charlie Puckett, Dion Fisher from Seattle who bought Junior Wilson's old race Pantera, Frank Cirrincione of Tennessee, Rich Hoppe of Arizona, Dan Courtney, Eliot Kushner, Pedro Martini and Mike Cox.
